All claims on defected products approved by the company will be processed within 7 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.

- Tags and labels must be intact.
- Colors may slightly vary in some products in terms of brightness and contrast according to screen resolution and settings. In such conditions, your request may not be entertained.
- Summer stock will be exchanged only with Summer items & Winter items only with Winter stock.
